About the Role

As a Server at Mixela, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, memorable guest experiences. This position is ideal for those who are genuinely passionate about hospitality and have a drive to grow, improve, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Full-time PM availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate guest and team needs

Open to feedback with a strong desire for personal and professional growth

High attention to detail and a commitment to top-tier service standards

Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Prior experience in fast-paced, fine or “fast-fine” dining environments is strongly recommended

• Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities

Maintain clean, organized, and well-prepared dining and service areas

Provide attentive and intuitive service throughout the guest experience

Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth service flow

Uphold Mixela’s standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation at all times

Compensation

Hourly : $15.00 + Tips
