Our client, a prestigious full-service and mid-sized law firm located in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, is seeking highly motivated Associate Attorneys to join their dynamic team. Recently barred / admitted attorneys and those completing a law clerkship are encouraged to apply .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide legal representation and counsel in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury defense, workers' compensation, tax appeals, labor / employment law, and civil rights.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and projects.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and developments.
• Participate in investigations and discovery processes as needed.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development.

Qualifications :

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
