This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production lines. Operate and manage cheese production machinery and equipment ensuring optimal performance. Monitor the cheese making process and adjust the machinery as required to meet product specifications. Perform regular quality control checks and coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Record production data, including volume produced, temperatures, and quality metrics. Participate in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime. Adhere to food safety and handling protocols rigorously. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements for enhanced production efficiency and product quality.
