The Dean of the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology (CSET) provides visionary, strategic, and collaborative leadership for the faculty, staff and students within the College. Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean is responsible for advancing the mission of an open, comprehensive, polytechnic university by fostering innovation in teaching and learning, applied research, and industry partnerships that prepare students for high-demand careers in science, engineering, and technology.
The Dean leads a diverse and interdisciplinary community of faculty, staff, and students, and works to strengthen the college's academic programs, experiential learning opportunities, research and grant activity, community engagement, and alignment with regional economic development. The ideal candidate will be an empowering leader who understands and embraces the polytechnic model, emphasizing hands-on learning, workforce development, and applied scholarship.

POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS : Full-time overtime-exempt executive staff position. Annual salary of $170,000-$190,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Desired start date of January 2026.
