Part-Time Flooring Sales Representative
Location : Loma Linda, CA
Part-Time | Weekends may be required
$17-18 / hour Base Pay + Commission
We’re a family-owned, woman-led flooring company with 15+ years of trusted service in Southern California looking for a motivated and personable Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team! An ideal candidate will be experienced with Retail Sales and Customer Service preferably within the flooring / home improvement industry.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Provide expert advice on carpet, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood flooring options
- Generate quotes, conduct field measures and close sales
- Follow up with leads and referrals
- Coordinate with installers and manage job timelines
- Keep showroom clean and organized
- Additional office related tasks as needed
Requirements :
Flooring or home improvement industry experience preferred
