About the Role :

Our practice centers on supporting private operating businesses and real estate development clients with their transactional and estate planning needs. Serving as trusted outside counsel and long-term advisors, we work directly with business owners to guide their strategic estate and tax planning.

The ideal candidate will :

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand clients' unique personal, business, and tax considerations
• Deliver effective, customized estate and tax planning solutions
• Demonstrate substantial experience drafting estate planning documents , as well as handling probate and trust administration
• Have experience in probate and trust litigation (highly desired)

Salary Range : $145,000 $200,000 per year, depending on experience
