We are currently seeking a Resident Caregiver Aide to join our supportive team in creating a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for our residents.
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor residents' health and report changes to nursing staff
- Support residents during mealtimes and assist with feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
- Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure resident safety and satisfaction
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role preferredAbility to lift, move, and transfer residents as neededExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, dependable, and team-orientedCertification in CPR / First Aid preferredMust pass background check and meet state regulatory requirementsWe Offer :
