Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join our mission of creating the modern and secure developer workplace, where efficiency, security, and innovation converge. This role focuses on shaping the future of application development, DevOps, and data security by working on Citrix's cutting-edge developer platform based on a Secure Cloud Development Environment.

As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will deploy, configure, and optimize secure, scalable solutions that empower developers and enterprises. You will work closely with customers to deploy the platform, optimize infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering teams for successful implementation. You will provide hands-on support, drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and uphold technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Leadership

Deploy and configure scalable, secure software architectures for the developer platform.

Lead development of features, optimizations, and integrations.

Drive customer process improvements in application development, DevOps, and data security.

Create prototypes and PoCs to set engineering standards.

Cross-team Collaboration

Contribute to the technical product roadmap.

Mentor engineers and foster collaboration.

Work with Product Managers and other teams to deliver secure, efficient, innovative solutions.

Customer Success

Advocate for best practices in secure development and DevOps.

Engage with customers to understand needs and align solutions.

Support platform adoption through training and technical guidance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in senior technical roles with expertise in system design and scalable solutions.

Strong understanding of development processes, pipelines, and DevOps tools.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containers, and virtualization.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Cloud Development Environments and developer platforms.

Knowledge of data security practices related to development and deployment.

Experience leading impactful projects and creating PoCs.

Exposure to product management and business strategy.
