Warehouse Operator Opportunity

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a temp-to-hire position in Allentown, PA. Pay $23.00 / hr. Shift : 8 : 30am-5pm, or 9am-5 : 30pm.

The ideal candidate must have at least five years of solid work experience with no unexplained gaps.

Essential Job Functions :

• Operate machinery : Safely and efficiently operate various powered industrial trucks (forklifts, order pickers, etc.).
• Load and unload : Load and unload trailers and trucks with raw materials, finished goods, and waste products.
• Selecting and put-away : Select orders and put away inbound materials.
• Packing / unpacking : Pack orders and prepare them for shipment; unpack inbound materials for inventory storage.
• Inspect equipment : Perform and document daily pre-operation inspections and report any maintenance issues to ensure safe equipment operation.
• Maintain the work area : Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe by tidying materials and removing waste or debris.
• Stock management : Move, stack, and stage products or materials in designated locations, including high-rack systems.
• Documentation : Use handheld scanners to accurately track product movement or maintain manual logs and records.
• Safety and compliance : Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company policies.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned.
• Maintain exemplary attendance and adherence to the work schedule.
