The Emergency Department at St. Catherine Hospital has 14 beds including 7 bed Fast Track. We treat all ED patients and also do outpatient care in the afternoons as needed. Here we see traumas chest pain strokes sepsis and all other medical patients. Our mission is to treat others how you would like to be treated. This is a desirable department since we have a set schedule are rural and tend to get some very interesting cases. We have a behavioral health inpatient unit and take care of a lot of behavioral health our department we look for dependable team players.

The Clinical Nursing Manager is responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned units including Emergency Room our SANE dept and Infusion. The role functions include management of human fiscal material support and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or departments daily operations. The Clinical Nursing Manager role demonstrates a high level of integrity willingness to take on new challenges and prioritizes associate engagement. This position consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. The Clinical Nursing Manager supports associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.

Job Requirements

Credential : Nursing Specific- ANCC Approved
