Description : Works closely with Portfolio Management, Program and Technology Teams to
ensure end to end roadmaps are in place for applicable Program. Roadmap will tie to strategic
initiatives for the organization and should take into consideration all program level risks and
dependencies to inform sequencing. Activities include :
- Participating in intake process for Program specifically but not limited to Strategic
Portfolio Managements (SPM) and Quarterly Planning (QP)
Creating, managing and reporting on program roadmapPartnering with technology and business partners to align on program deliverables.Qualifications :
A confident driver and assertive with reaching out to the right folks to get the work donewith graceProactive with plans; self directive and self motivated with minimal supervisionWork with urgency to hit timelinesHas a keen eye on process improvements and enhancements5+ years of program management and / or project management experienceExperience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologiesDemonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmapsDemonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technologyconstraints while keep the guests need at top of mind.
