What You Will Be Doing

• Working directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating the customers potential product needs, and making appropriate recommendations.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering any questions customers have on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing all general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast / Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.

What you will need to have :

Total Target Compensation (includes Base Pay plus Targeted Commission) : $24.19 - $27.59 (annually : $50,320 to $57,392)

Our uncapped commissions offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Pay ranges are based on geography (or work location).

Base Pay : $18.75

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission) : $26.44

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class benefits to eligible employees.
