Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care. Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal outcomes. Enhance positive patient experience across the continuum of care. Be part of a supportive team that values connection and community involvement. Thrive in an environment that promotes teamwork and continuous learning. Assess patient needs and develop a personalised plan of care. Recognise significant changes in patient's conditions and respond proactively. Coordinate discharge planning with an interdisciplinary approach. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification. Completion of an accredited Nursing program. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Must be able to lift, stand, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday. May be exposed to chemicals, body fluids, and communicable diseases; protective equipment is provided.
