The new Regional Clinical RN Manager - Oncology & Infusion Services will step into a health system environment with approximately 500+ inpatient beds, an accredited, multidisciplinary cancer program, and a strong track record in quality and safety. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services and provides operational leadership for clinic managers, nurse supervisors, infusion charge leaders, and administrative teams across assigned locations. The Regional Clinical RN Manager - Oncology & Infusion Services collaborates closely with medical oncologists, hematologists, advanced practice providers, pharmacy, radiation oncology, laboratory, revenue cycle, finance, IT, and facilities to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery. Additional responsibilities include overseeing multiple physician clinics and hospital-based infusion centers, supporting an estimated 40+ infusion chairs and thousands of monthly patient encounters across two primary sites, with periodic cross-coverage at additional locations. This role leads a diverse team of chemo-certified RNs, NPs, medical assistants, schedulers, and access specialists.

The Regional Clinical RN Manager - Oncology & Infusion Services drives clinical excellence through staff education, competency validation, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives that elevate patient experience, safety, and outcomes. Overseeing daily operations, staffing and scheduling, payroll oversight, materials and vendor management, and capital and operating budgets, while optimizing EMR workflows and clinic throughput, is also an aspect of this role. Candidates earning quick interviews are Certified Oncology Nurses with a strong background in quality and process improvement.
