Key Responsibilities
Drive expansion revenue within existing partner accounts through data insights and strategic discussions
Ensure client success and growth via regular check-ins, proactive risk management, and effective cross-team collaboration
Build and scale strong Partner Success processes while guiding a high-performing team for consistent results
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management role in a Fintech / B2B environment
Proven track record of driving expansion revenue and managing strategic accounts
Strong experience using data and CRM tools to track client health and pipeline
Leadership experience managing or mentoring junior team members is preferred
Experience or familiarity with the prop trading or trading platform industry is a plus
