Job description2 months paid time off per year!! (5 weeks sick / vaca, 2 weeks holidays, 1 week CMEs) $220,000 - $250,000 / year plus productivity bonuses, plus sign on and relocation money Comprehensive benefits package Retirement with 3% Match Malpractice covered, liability covered, dental fully covered Monday-Friday role 8am-5pm with the option for a long day 8a-7p followed by a shorter day Option for a 4 or 4.5 day work week 16-24 patients per day on average Team based mindset with collaborative environment can be 100% patient care, or 80-90% seeing patients and 10-20% Associate Medical Director, as an option. You can also not do the director part of the role and just see patients, your choice. Family Medicine Physician BE or BC - FM or Internal Medicine Physician BE or BC - IM flexible person, someone willing to help another team member, someone who wants to work with a lower income patient population open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship candidates
