Maverick Currencies is seeking motivated and disciplined individuals who want to become professional traders  with real firm capital — not a challenge firm , no demo challenges, no evaluation hurdles.

This is a fully remote, performance-based trading role with professional training, coaching, and capital scaling opportunities.

Established in 1997, Maverick has supported thousands of traders globally.

What You’ll Do

Trade Forex and / or Crypto using firm-provided capital

Follow a structured, rules-based trading plan

Conduct daily market research and technical analysis

Identify high-probability trade setups

Execute trades in line with firm risk guidelines

Join weekly coaching, training, and team sessions

Track performance using proprietary tools

Maintain a professional trading journal

What We’re Looking For

Required

Strong interest in trading and financial markets

Self-discipline and ability to follow a rules-based system

Reliable computer and internet connection

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

Experience in Forex, Crypto, Options, or Futures

Background in analytics, math, engineering, statistics, economics, or similar fields

Familiarity with MT4 / MT5, TradingView, or similar charting platforms

No prior trading experience required for coachable candidates.

Compensation

This is a performance-based, profit-split trading role . Maverick provides firm capital, and traders earn a percentage of trading profits.

Estimated Earnings Range :

$500 – $10,000+ per month (based on performance and allocated capital)

Profit Split :

65%–90% of profits, depending on performance, consistency, and account level.

There is no base salary. Earnings depend on trading results and adherence to risk guidelines.
