Deployment Engineer

A company is looking for a Deployment Engineer to manage customer technical journeys and support implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer calls to solve technical challenges and assist with implementation

Provide post-deployment support and create technical demos to showcase product capabilities

Triage customer support inquiries and maintain technical documentation for self-service

Required Qualifications

Strong coding skills in JavaScript or Python, familiarity with Docker and enterprise environments

Ability to debug complex technical issues and develop creative solutions

Genuine desire to help customers succeed and translate technical concepts effectively

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks

Experience in technical customer success or solutions engineering roles is a plus
