A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting for various IT issues. Key Responsibilities Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues and provides appropriate solutions Provides timely resolution of problems or escalations and ensures customer satisfaction Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures for remote IT support Required Qualifications Associates degree preferred, or technical training 1-2 years of related experience Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and network security concepts Experience with multi-platform Windows O / S required Active Directory and Exchange experience preferred
