About The Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join a hospital-based team in Ohio as soon as credentialed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OB / GYN looking for ongoing locum work with strong support and a balanced schedule.

Position Details :

Setting : Hospital-based; ~90% Labor & Delivery

Schedule : Two weekends per month (Friday–Sunday)

Call Ratio : 1 : 4

Beds : 34 (L&D / Postpartum / Triage); Hospital has 205 total beds

Patient Mix : 60% Low Risk OB / 40% High Risk OB; 60% GYN cases

Procedures : Full spectrum of OB deliveries (routine, VBAC, complicated C-sections), Level I OB ultrasounds, surgical GYN (laparoscopic & major cases)

Support : Midwives, L&D nurses, APPs (1 per 12-hour shift)

Nursery : Level II; average 4 admissions / day

EMR : EPIC

Board Certified in OB / GYN – Required

Ohio License (or willing to obtain) – Required

BLS & ACLS – Required

DEA – Required
