Job descriptionAssist residents with completing claims applications, uploading documents, and ensuring accuracy per established policies. Actively listen to residents’ needs and ensure they are supported at every step of the process. Scan, upload, and validate documents while maintaining compliance with program standards. Identify and escalate complex cases or exceptions to the appropriate teams. Protect sensitive resident information by adhering to data privacy and legal requirements. Deliver clear instructions and updates on claim status and next steps. Prior claims support in insurance or healthcare settings. Comfort with web-based systems and basic MS Office. Strong active listening, empathy, and professionalism in sensitive or emotional situations.
Position Overview
Our client is hiring Claims Representatives to support the Wildfire Recovery Compensation Program. These representatives will play a vital role in guiding impacted residents through the claims process with compassion and professionalism. Representatives will provide in-person assistance, answer inquiries, and help residents complete applications and submit documentation. Full training, program guidelines, and onsite support will be provided to ensure success.
