Commercial Superintendent

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join a growing team and lead ground-up and renovation projects across diverse sectors, including Healthcare, K-12 education, Retail, and Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a medium-sized construction company of around 50 employees, where your expertise will make a direct impact.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain efficient workflows.
• Enforce quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Resolve on-site challenges quickly and maintain strong communication with project managers and stakeholders.
