Your day at NTT DATA
The Client Manager, Technology Solutions is a highly successful salesperson that holds the strategic relationships within their assigned industry-specific accounts. This high-caliber individual will be aligned to a vertical industry (Healthcare) accountable for driving revenue growth and expansion while ensuring client satisfaction of all assigned accounts. As the chief steward of their assigned accounts, the Client Manager owns the client relationship, responsible for defining and executing the account strategy, defining and executing pursuit strategies, revenue forecasting, achieving all financial targets and overall client satisfaction.
The Client Manager is the conduit to facilitate the promotion of NTT technology offerings and to drive additional relationships within the account to grow the portfolio. This position requires a digital infrastructure / technology solutions industry focus with expertise within network environments, an understanding of diverse solution offerings as well as management of a diverse applications portfolio and the ability to interface with executives on multiple levels.

Educational Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a business, technical or relevant field preferred.
Certifications :
Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or specific technology certifications are advantageous.
Soft Skills :
Strong communication, leadership, active listening, adaptability, relationship building, resilience, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Travel Requirements :
Willingness to travel as needed to manage geographically dispersed clients.
Performance Metrics :
Success will be measured through specific KPIs and targets focused on revenue, margin and growth within assigned accounts.
