Medical Director – Vascular Surgery

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified, fellowship-trained Vascular Surgeon to lead the Vascular Surgery Service Line across our East Florida Division , which includes AdventHealth Daytona Beach and six additional hospital campuses.

Position Highlights :

• Serve as Divisional Medical Director of Vascular Surgery for AdventHealth East Florida
• Primary base : AdventHealth Daytona Beach , a 360-bed hospital expanding to 460 beds by 2026
• Oversight of vascular surgery services across Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, DeLand, and Fish Memorial campuses
• Lead a growing vascular team with support from cardiothoracic and other subspecialties
• Balance of clinical and protected administrative time
• Report directly to the AHMG East Florida Executive Team and collaborate with system leaders and CMOs
• Support APP education, quality initiatives, and community outreach
• Key leadership responsibilities include :
• Strategic planning and care model development
• Physician hiring, retention, and mentoring
• Quality metric oversight and clinical governance
• Regional and national collaboration to elevate vascular services
• Multidisciplinary team coordination across heart, lung, and vascular specialties
