Position Overview

The Salesforce Public Sector Solution Architect is an industry leader who will be responsible for solution development in support of the Salesforce practice under Enterprise Cloud Applications pillar engagements in collaboration with TEKsystems sales partners.

The Salesforce Public Sector Solution Architect will bring thought leadership, current industry know‑how, and applied solutions to improve existing service capabilities, engagement and delivery challenges, and any research and development activities.

The Salesforce Public Sector Solution Architect directs and owns all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and / or customizations, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development for our Public Sector customers.

Leadership and in-depth knowledge of the following would be required

• Salesforce ecosystem within Public Sector and how Salesforce is being utilized; knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other functional areas of Salesforce
• Gov Cloud experience and other Salesforce offerings in Public Sector such as HR1 initiatives, LPI, and other offerings
• Advisory, roadmap consulting as well as delivery of services in the practice’s areas of expertise
• Prior hands‑on experience in Public Sector delivering Salesforce solutions for a minimum of 3 years is required
• Excellent MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS office suite tools skills are required
• Prior hands‑on delivery experience – someone who has moved up the ranks in the career path
• Experience working with global delivery teams in distributed environments in North America and India

This is a Permanent position based out of Washington D.C., DC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $190000.00 / yr.

We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.

Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
