QA Tester Lead - Facets Testing

A company is looking for a QA Tester Lead SME - Facets Testing. Key Responsibilities : Lead and oversee end-to-end QA efforts for Facets systems involving Medicare / Medicaid Manage QA teams, providing strategic direction and performance oversight Act as a trusted QA consultant, presenting testing strategies and results to executives and stakeholders Required Qualifications : 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5+ years in a QA Manager or Director role in healthcare Minimum 3 years of direct Facets experience within large health plans Minimum 3 years experience testing Medicare and Medicaid claims Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary QA teams in complex healthcare implementations Deep understanding of the entire healthcare lifecycle, including claims and regulatory testing
