Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Tool and Inventory Management Specialist to oversee our company's tool crib and inventory systems while championing 5S principles. This role requires managing tools, equipment, and general inventory, ensuring proper documentation, maintenance, and stock control across the organization, all while implementing and maintaining 5S standards.

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred
2-3 years of experience in inventory management, tool crib operations, or related field
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of hand and power tools, as well as general inventory management principles
Experience with 5S methodology and lean manufacturing principles
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills :
Certification in 5S or other lean methodologies
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and ISO quality management systems
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
Experience with data analysis and forecasting techniques
Proven track record of implementing and sustaining 5S initiatives

This position is onsite in Redmond, Seattle.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 / hr.
