• Long Term Care LPN - Mt. Angel, Oregon and surrounding areas
• Start Date : ASAP
• Shift : 4x8hr, 3x8hr Days, rotating weekly VARIABLE
• Schedule : may fluctuate
• Ratios : 1 : 15-25
• Years of Experience REQ : 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care / Transitional Care Experience
• First-Timers Accepted : No
• Certs REQ : BCLS
• Is On-Call REQ? : No
• Will this traveler need to float between like units? : Yes
• Open to accommodating block schedule? : Yes
• Locals Accepted : Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
• Pending License Accepted : No; Lic REQ
• RTO Restrictions : Confirm with hiring manager
