Lead Physical Therapist Las Vegas, Nevada
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in Las Vegas. This is an opportunity for PTs who aspire to grow and develop within a leadership role and is ideal for a licensed physical therapist with a clinical background in an outpatient setting. Lead Physical Therapist Benefits and Compensation :
- Base Salary : $90,000 $110,000 (based on experience)
- $5k Sign-on bonus
- Quarterly productivity bonus

Lead Physical Therapist Requirements & Qualifications :
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada (or eligible to obtain)Master's or Doctoral-level educationClinical experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferredPrior supervisory or team leadership experience preferredOrthopedic and manual therapy background experienceDeliver high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient settingSupervise and support PTAs, PT technicians, massage therapists, and front office staffEnsure compliance with EMR documentation and clinic protocols, HIPAA compliancePromote a positive and productive work environment through hands-on leadershipAssist with workflow improvements, patient engagement, and community outreach initiativesParticipate in the business development and clinical expansion of the practiceLead Physical Therapist Preferred Background & Skills :
Demonstrate strong documentation skills and fluency in EMR systemsExhibit excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities with both patients and staffShow initiative and professionalism in all aspects of clinical care and operationsBe motivated to help grow the business while maintaining clinical excellencePreferably be bilingual (English / Spanish) to better serve a diverse patient populationStay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and researchUphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentialityComply with all relevant laws and regulations governing physical therapy practice
