Surgical Technician - Full Time (Variable Shifts)

Position Overview

• Prepare operating rooms with surgical instruments, supplies, and sterile equipment
• Assist surgical teams by passing instruments and maintaining the sterile field during procedures
• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts per protocol
• Assist with room turnover and equipment sterilization between cases
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout surgical processes
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other OR staff
