We are seeking a Hematology / Oncology Physician to join our outpatient community cancer center in the Chicago suburbs, following the resignation of a previous physician. This role involves treating adult patients, with a focus on 50% hematology and 50% oncology, while collaborating with a nearby radiology oncology team. Ideal candidates will be board-certified and must possess an IL license or be willing to obtain one.

- No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Radiology Oncology team at Loyola University Medical Campus, which is 5 miles from practice.
- No APP's in practice
- Documentation System / EMR : EPIC
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 3 months
- Open to H1B candidates, but cannot sponsor J1 candidates
