Looking for your next step in operations + tech? Join the DHL team as an Operations Systems Analyst (WMS Analyst I). Youll help keep our warehouse systems running smoothly, solve system issues, and partner with teams to keep things moving for our customer.

Schedule : Tuesday - Friday 9 : 00am-7 : 00pm

Role location : Memphis, TN (if applicable)

Role Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business
• Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency
• Train team members on the use of warehouse management systems
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Identify and address potential issues and risks
• Create and maintain dashboards using SQL

Required Education and Experience

Salary

The Operations Systems Analyst I role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000 . For roles within Washington is $77,969 - $115,000 .
