As we expand our reach in the Houston area, we're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to become a key player in our growth strategy.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and design-savvy Sales Representative to represent our high-end cabinetry collections. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-building environment and enjoys collaborating with industry professionals on creative, detail-oriented projects.

You will work closely with designers, architects, and builders—both in our elegant showroom and at their offices—to introduce our products, identify opportunities, and assist in guiding clients through the sales process. You will also liaise with our in-house specialized designers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders.
• Conduct in-person presentations at our showroom or client offices.
• Actively bring in new project leads and help convert them into signed contracts.
• Collaborate with our team of specialized designers to finalize sales and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track your sales pipeline and follow up diligently to move projects forward.
• Represent our brand at industry networking events, conferences, and product knowledge sessions.
• Stay up-to-date on product lines and attend ongoing product training and sales coaching sessions.
