The role demands a professional with a strong command and executive presence, capable of leading strategic conversations with C-suite executives. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, with a rigorous approach to client health monitoring and risk mitigation. A background in a high-performance, value-driven culture is a plus, and experience within a health plan organization is considered advantageous.
