About you and this role - What you would do in this role

Dowhas exciting opportunities for new graduateBachelor'sandMaster'scandidates interested in a role within Technical Service & Development (TS&D), located in the Lake Jackson / Freeport area of Texas.

As a TS&D professional in our Packaging and Specialty Plastics business, you will :

Develop and implement technical solutions.

Optimize processes and applications aligned with business and customer goals.

Engage with external partners and committees to stay current on relevant technological developments.

You'll have the opportunity to :

Build problem-solving skills across one or more technical areas.

Support the deployment of new products and technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges.

Contribute to Dow's broader business and sustainability objectives.

This role also offers a unique pathway into our commercial organization (sales and marketing), based on demonstrated technical and business acumen.

Qualifications -Required education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities that are needed for this role (must haves).

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Packaging Science or other science or engineering-related discipline is required.

New graduates and those that expect to graduate by August 2026 should apply.

A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship / support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
