Job Scope
The Senior Patient-Matched Case Manager CMF is responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow of Acumeds patient-matched oral and maxillofacial neurosurgical and chest wall reconstruction cases within the Acumed Digital Surgery group.
This role supports the entire lifecycle of patient-specific surgical casesfrom data reception and digital planning to design manufacturing and product delivery. The Senior Case Manager ensures all cases meet surgeon design requirements are completed accurately and on schedule and comply with Acumeds Quality Management System. This role combines direct collaboration with surgeons and sales teams with hands-on execution and coordination of the patient-matched workflow.
The Senior Case Manager also serves as a subject matter expert in Acumeds CMF patient-matched workflow supporting process improvement team training and operational scalability to enable the continued growth of Acumeds patient-matched business.
