Kentro is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep federal program execution experience and substantial commercial product development background to lead cybersecurity product integration and federal mission delivery.

This role requires an executive-caliber leader capable of translating commercial product maturity and agile delivery discipline into the federal acquisition and compliance environment. The ideal candidate has operated successfully within both FAR-governed federal programs and commercial SaaS or platform product organizations.

The TPM will oversee large, complex programs and solution development while ensuring secure, scalable product delivery aligned to federal security frameworks.

Responsibilities :

Federal Program Leadership (1215 Years Experience Required)

• Lead large-scale federal cybersecurity programs (>

$25M lifecycle preferred).

Commercial Product Development Integration (510 Years Experience Required)

Cybersecurity & Compliance Oversight

Financial & Portfolio Management

Cross-Functional Leadership

Location : Hybrid in McLean, VA. Up to 25% travel may be required based on customer engagement and executive reviews.
