Tampa General Hospital - Full-Time - Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Role Overview

Summary of Job : NorthStar is excited to announce the expansion of our footprint in Florida, and partnership with Tampa General North Hospital System! Looking for skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join our group of anesthesia providers. This is a new program Starting December 2025, to which providers will have the opportunity to influence / impact the future of this program! Tampa General Cardiac MD - 2 providers (On call 1 week at a time - beeper from home then off the following week.)

Total Compensation : $575,000 ($550,000 Base + $25,000 CV stipend)

26 weeks on / off position split between 2 Cardiac Anesthesiologists.

Volume of hearts will be minimal to start for the first 12 months.

100 hearts per year (2 per week).

Sign-On Bonus : $100,000
