About The Position
Position Overview :
- Full-time, employed role offering inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Balanced schedule : 2 OR days + 2.5 clinic days / week
- Call rotation : 1 : 4 , includes shared weekends for a sustainable work-life balance
- High-volume practice : ~22 patients / day per provider; ~70–80 patients / day through the clinic
- Dedicated support team : Includes APPs, 5 MAs, and full front-office staff
- On-site procedures include cystoscopies, vasectomies, BCG and Gemzar instillations, urodynamic studies, and prostate biopsies
- Robust EPIC EMR system
- State-of-the-art facility and clinic locations just minutes apart
- One-hospital consult model minimizes travel and streamlines workflow
