Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location : Montour Falls NY

Contract Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $25 $35 per hour

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse for an exciting job in Montour Falls NY.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

Assist with daily patient activities and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Perform basic nursing procedures administer medications and monitor patient conditions.

Assist with CNA responsibilities as needed to maintain seamless patient care delivery.

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility standards and protocols.

Requirements :

Active LPN / LVN license (New York or compact state).

Current BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).

Must be available to work every other weekend and every other holiday .

Strong attendance record and punctuality are essential.

Ability to work collaboratively and assist with CNA duties as required.
