The Role : We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems that power our applications. You will play a key role in ensuring robustness, performance, and security. Working independently while collaborating with the team, you'll take initiative in delivering results on large and complex tasks.

What You'll Do :

• First Week : Begin with self-directed onboarding, connecting with our remote, distributed team, and familiarizing yourself with Telgorithm's business goals and industry.
• First Month : Engage in code reviews, collaborate with peers to clarify requirements, work with QA on testing, and address production issues through analysis.
• First Six Months : Write robust, maintainable code; ensure observability with logging and metrics; manage timely deliveries; and analyze system performance to enhance efficiency.
• First Year : Contribute to shaping a product that meets market needs, driving new sales and customer retention while adapting to our evolving startup environment.
