Junior.Net Developer (New York)

Job title : .Net Developer

Location : 28th Street 15th Fl Long Island City NY 11101

Rate : $35 to 40 / hr on W2

Type : Contract Hybrid

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.

Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Apply .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related frameworks.

Contribute to all phases of the SDLC requirements, design, testing, and deployment.

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure stability and scalability.

Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders across the organization.

Stay up to date with .NET and industry best practices.

📌 Qualifications & Requirements :

3+ years of professional software development (C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

Familiarity with .NET frameworks or other programming languages.

Experience working with NYC agencies is a plus (not mandatory).

Highly Preferred Skills :

Expertise in C# and .NET Framework (4.8 or newer)

MVC5+ architecture design and implementation

Building / consuming Web Services and Web APIs

ADO.NET for data access and manipulation

Frontend integration : HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap

SQL Server 2019+ writing queries, functions, stored procedures, and managing databases
