Job Description for an NP / PA :

Provide high-quality care in primary or specialty settings.

Conduct patient assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.

Educate patients on health management and preventative care.

Qualifications for a Nurse Practitioner :

Active Nurse Practitioner License in Texas.

At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice (preferred but not required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for patient care and community health.
