We are seeking a highly skilled

• Nutanix Core Resident
• with hands-on experience in
• Nutanix MOVE
• and enterprise-level
• migration projects
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of Nutanix-based infrastructure transformation by supporting migration initiatives, optimizing Nutanix deployments, and providing deep technical expertise on-site.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and support
• workload migrations
• from legacy environments (VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, etc.) to
• Nutanix AHV
• using
• Nutanix MOVE
• Act as the on-site Nutanix Core expert, working closely with customer stakeholders and infrastructure teams.
• Plan and execute
• migration assessments
• timelines, cutovers, and post-migration validation.
• Provide guidance and best practices around Nutanix cluster configurations, storage, performance optimization, and security.
• Assist in configuring and troubleshooting Nutanix Prism Central, Prism Element, and other core components.
• Support infrastructure modernization and platform stabilization post-migration.
• Document all processes, configurations, and runbooks to ensure operational continuity.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and Nutanix support / engineering as needed.
• Required Skills & Experience :
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 2+ years in Nutanix Core environments.
• Proven hands-on expertise in
• Nutanix MOVE
• and large-scale
• virtual machine migrations
• Deep knowledge of
• VMware vSphere
• Hyper-V
• and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong experience in data center consolidation, infrastructure re-platforming, and transformation projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across virtualization, storage, and networking layers.
• Hands-on experience with the operation and management of
• Dell PowerFlex
• within
• Nutanix
• environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining high availability and performance of storage systems.
• Proficiency in day-to-day administration of
• PowerFlex storage
• integrated with
• Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure
• Familiarity with tools such as
• PowerFlex Manager, Nutanix Prism, and CLI
• for operational tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead technical discussions and planning sessions.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP-MCI or NCP-DS).
• Experience in scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native workloads is a plus.

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Pay : $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
