This award winning 49-bed hospital is physician lead and fiercely independent with local decision making. Opportunity Highlights :

Join 7 board-certified Family Medicine physicians and eight APP providers

Primary Care and consultative practice for diverse patient population

Full-time 4 days direct patient care ( 32 Hours) and 1 administrative

Reasonable volume expectations with potential to pursue specialized interests

Negotiable MGMA mid-range base plus RVU incentives

Comprehensive benefits, sign-on and relocation expenses up to $13,000
