Remote Sensing Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Remote Sensing Data Analyst to support agricultural insurance and monitoring projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze satellite imagery and geospatial datasets for crop monitoring and assessment

Support PMFBY workflows including crop classification and yield estimation

Prepare technical reports and visualizations for stakeholders

Required Qualifications :

Master's (M.Sc. / M.Tech) degree in Remote Sensing, Geo-informatics, Agriculture, or related field

2-4 years of experience in remote sensing and GIS, specifically in PMFBY projects

Proficiency in open-source GIS software and remote sensing platforms

Strong skills in Python, Google Earth Engine, or R for geospatial data processing

Understanding of PMFBY guidelines and agro-climatic zones in India
