Rental Coordinator

Key position functions include :

• Maintain accurate information on all rental equipment in operating system.
• Asset tracking utilizing existing inventory and manage rental returns.
• Order new inventory to meet customer needs and process billing of customer orders.
• Monitor Inventory on both assets and asset repair parts.
• Plan with Sales and Operations on needs and utilization of new inventory being added.
• Forecast and maintain acceptable level on rental inventory.
• Rental Returns - verify all equipment is returned and process for repair.
• Scheduling with the shops for a quick turn around on assets so that they can be utilized at their optimum capacity.
