Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead proposal development and delivery on multiple concurrent bids. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring compliance with customer requirements Analyze RFPs and communicate findings to stakeholders, including potential roadblocks Coordinate with internal teams to oversee the production and delivery of proposal documents Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university plus 3+ years of related experience, or 7+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree Proven experience managing large, complex proposals Experience with proposal automation software or similar tools Preferred experience in the health insurance industry Preferred Project Management experience and active APMP certification
