What You'll Do :

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, dignified end-of-life care.
• Oversee all clinical operations — ensuring compliance with CHAP standards, state, and federal regulations.
• Drive results through organization, efficiency, and clear communication — every detail matters.
• Mentor and develop a clinical team to perform with excellence and heart.
• Monitor performance metrics, census trends, and staffing needs to keep operations running seamlessly.
• Partner with the Executive Director to ensure quality outcomes, strong team culture, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Crown Hospice with integrity and leadership.
