Head Production Chef (Finger Sandwich Operations)
Location : New York, NY (West Chelsea)
Compensation : $30++ per hour (DOE) + growth opportunity
Schedule : Part-time to start, opportunity to grow into full-time (Mornings Monday to Friday)
About the Role
We are newly formed high-end B2B catering business specializing in french finger sandwiches crafted for discerning corporate clients, premium events, and hospitality partners.
We’re seeking a Head Production Chef who blends precision, pride, and craftsmanship - someone who understands that excellence lies in the millimeters. You’ll lead the daily production of refined, visually perfect finger sandwiches from an established playbook, ensuring every cut, layer, and wrap reflects our uncompromising standards.
This is a hands-on leadership and execution role. You’ll oversee every stage of production, - from bread cutting and portioning to final assembly. As the business grows, you’ll help shape the systems, standards, and team that scale our product while maintaining quality.
